ASIS differs from most boat manufacturing plants because it manufactures almost all components in-house which is convenient for our customers and gives ASIS total control over quality.

ASIS new production facility is based in Jebel Ali, Dubai and is owned by an industrial conglomerate with over 40 years of manufacturing experience in fibreglass and other composites. The ASIS factory spans over 4,000 square meters under roof and a further 6,000 square meters in total. The factory has a dedicated manufacturing facility with specialised areas such as an air conditioned tube building area, electronically air controlled grinding and bonding areas, dedicated rigging, storage, upholstery, engineering and assembly areas. The ASIS team is highly trained and personally selected qualified individuals.

Research and development are critical to the continued success of the business and ASIS undertakes a cyclical development program that ensures that the products are always well built and complicit with market demands and trends. The design process is driven by the ASIS Naval Architects team who will present new electronically generated product concepts to the ASIS management and based on these recommendations new products will be born. The ASIS five axis prototyping and mould building facility ensures that the new product response time is quick and efficient. The thorough ASIS design process ensures quality finishes.

Moreover, being located in Dubai provides ASIS boats with a superb testing environment in extreme heat/humidity and salt content in the air. All of the boats are tested for a full year in extreme environments before being added to the portfolio.
