Terms and Conditions


The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and will be clearly visible on the total amount you have to pay before you complete your order.

Please provide delivery address which can accept good during working hour on weekdays, if this is not possible please give alternative instructions at time of order.We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days , However if items are not immediately available - we will then despatch as much of your order as we can immediately and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra charge.

We are unable to ship larger items or certain items to some countries. Please contact us for prices and details of shipping to Mainland Europe and Rest of the World.

Some orders outside the EU maybe liable to import/custom charges upon receipt of goods. This will be the responsibility of the customer.


North Atlantic Rib Marine Ltd wants all our customers to be happy with the goods purchased.

Our returns policy is detailed below

Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or replacement at the discretion of the customer. Any unopened and unused Item can be returned within 21 days for a full refund. Returned items will be checked and if found to be used or soiled no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made. North Atlantic Rib Marine will not cover any return costs. Refunds will not be made on postage costs on goods which are not faulty. You must notify us in writing within 21 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order. Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods.

Goods returned after the 21 day period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Goods must be in as 'new condition' so as we can resell the returned products. Where packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered un-resaleable will not be refunded. Please make sure you have purchased the correct item for your needs before opening any packaging.

Defective or Faulty goods

Should you receive any products that are faulty or defective please contact us as soon as the fault has been noticed, we will ask for the product to be returned for inspection. If the product is defective or faulty we will replace or refund you on your purchase.


We accept all major debit and credit cards through secure Braintree payment method. We also accept paypal. If you prefer you can place your order via telephone or email. Your details are safe and will not be passed unto a third party.


All prices on our website include vat @ 20%.

If you order from a tax exempt country vat will be deducted accordingly.
